Obituary of Brant P. Braeges
Brant P. Braeges 67 of Lima, NY formerly of Angola, NY, entered into eternal rest April 25th, 2018 in Duisburg, Germany, he was 67. Husband of the late Margaret Mercado.
Brant was a Supply Chain Quality Engineer, entrepreneur, US patent holder and skilled furniture craftsman. He was a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America , active in the Lima Historical Society, a past member of the Lima planning board and a volunteer at theTeresa House.
Predeceased by his parents William R. and Carol (Lonkey) Braeges
He is survived by two brothers, Edward Dove and Robert Braeges and his wife Janet “Byrd” Braeges of Angola, NY A sister, Laurie (Braeges) Dombrowski and her husband David of North Tonawanda, NY.
He is also survived by three nephews Joseph Dombrowski, Nathan and Dillon Braeges. Two Nieces Lena Dombrowski and Jeanne (Dombrowski) Steffen and her husband Billy Seffen along with three Great Nieces Sophie, Emily and Ellie.
In addition to his loving friend Sandy Leavy, two Uncles and two Aunts, Millard Lonkey and James Lonkey along with his wife Aunt Judy. And Aunt Marion Bouck and multiple cousins.
Friends may call on Tuesday May 8th from 1-3 PM and 6-8 PM at the Addison Funeral Home 262 Main St Angola, NY. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday May 9th at 11:00 AM with services concluding at Forest Avenue Cemetery in Angola.
A Special Memorial celebrating Brant’s life will be held in the Lima area in the near future. The exact date and location to be determined.
