Passed away Tuesday July 2, 2019 in her Town of Evans home, she was 83. Beloved wife of the late Parker Taber; loving mother of Sandra Friend. Sister of the late Carlton Lucas, Edie Faraci, Donald Lucas, Richard Lucas and Jean Crampton. Cherished grandmother of Aaron (Shannon) Friend, Heidi (Claudia) Friend and Andrew (Ashley) Friend.
