(Hoffman) Yusczyk; dearest father of James (Eileen) Headley, Susan (Mark) Kuppel, Crystal (Thomas Metty) Yusczyk and Jason Yusczyk; brother of Phillip (Jennifer) Yusczyk Jr., Ronald Yusczyk, Cynthia (Johnny) Fleming-Johnston and the late Charles Yusczyk; grandfather of Kayla, Caitlin and Hannah Metty, Julia, Keith Jr., Adam and Jessica Fort, Crystal (Justin) Cintron, Kaylee Kuppel, Kenny and Kayle Pawlowski, Michael and Janelle Fagan; also survived by goddaughter Kim Cich, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive friends Monday, July 19, 2021 from 4-7 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY where services will follow at 7 PM.
