Obituary of Donald B. Bartz

Bartz, Donald Bruce Of Derby, NY. Born May 26, 1946. Passed away peacefully on May 17, 2022, with his wife of 55 years, Vicki and family at his side. Loving father of Robin (Gino) Casseri, Tammie (DJ) Hart, Brandon (Rachel) Bartz and Anthony (Cheri) Bartz. Cherished grandfather of Ireland, Aidan, Dakota, Connor, Tyler, Breanna and Gabriella. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Don loved the outdoors, fishing and working on classic cars. He always enjoyed spending time on his landscaping and help taking care of his grand kids after retirement. He worked at the Ford Stamping Plant for 31 years. He was also a Vietnam War Veteran, serving in the Air force as an airplane mechanic, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant. Per Don’s wishes, a private family ceremony will be held in his honor.
