Merecki, Karen (nee Geary)
Passed away peacefully, at her home in Lawtons, NY, Sunday June 4, 2023, she was 69. Loving daughter of the late Daniel Geary and Joan (David) Jezioro. Beloved wife of, 51 years, to Joseph Merecki Sr. Loving mother of Daniel Merecki, Joseph (Tina) Merecki Jr., and the late Kimberly Merecki. Cherished grandmother of Emily, Kendell, Sidney, Shelby, Kayla, Kelsey, Richie, Jacob, and Cole. Great Grandmother of Lucas and Jayden. Sister of William (Susan) Geary, Daniel (Katherine) Geary, Susan (William) Sills, Joann Geary, Pamela (Thomas) Postle, Robyn Geary, Richard (Brenda) Schreiber, LuAnn (Edward) Porter, David (Ann Marie) Jezioro and Joseph (Deanne) Jezioro. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Karen enjoyed camping with family and weekend motorcycle trips with Joe. She loved her family to the moon and back, was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Friends may call Saturday from 11 AM – 1 PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY where services will follow at 1:00 PM
